Thanks to Claire Dale from Melanoma UK to coming to speak to Hands On Physio at our staff meeting on Wednesday 11th May 2016 to increase our awareness on early detection of skin lesions and different cancers. The highest growing group is between the age of 15 – 35yrs as this group are more likely to use a sunbed. These must be avoided and never used. Always use a high sun factor on your skin when you are out in the sun.
