Hi Everybody, As of 24th March, we have had to stop face to face physiotherapy contacts for non urgent cases. We are following Public Health England’s advice and want to keep you safe and of course, all our staff. I can still speak to any urgent clients and offer advice over the phone and do video calls if requested. Please try to do your exercises and keep the movement at any affected joints. If any of our existing clients would like an exercise review, we can progress them via our exercise programme and send them an updated programme during this time. Keep yourself active and move every hour during the day. For those clients who regularly exercise try to do your exercises at home using equipment or objects around the house, to build strength and condition muscle groups regularly.. There are lots of
short ex classes on U tube for all levels too. Hope to be back to normal soon. Andrea Wright., Clinic Director
