We have slowly opened up and seen the urgent lockdown clients who Im pleased to say have now been discharged after suffering with sciatica pains and acute muscle strains, done during lockdown. All has gone well and we thank clients for their patience and for welcoming us back too. Unfortunately at the moment we cannot activate ON LINE BOOKING. We are pre-screening and seeing patients virtually if possible and face to face, with lots of guidelines in place, from PHE and CSP, such as:
Your physio will take your temperature on arrival each time you attend. It must be below 37.5*C
Everyone will then wash hands on entering and leaving the clinic or use hand gel stations.
We will only see 1 client an hour, allowing time for ventilation, cleaning time for all surfaces touched in the treatment room and reception area to be wiped with disinfectant. Spacing appointments allows clients not to cross over.
Patients will need to wait outside or in their car until called or beckoned to enter the building.
We will Covid Screen you at every appointment and if you have been in contact with anybody who has symptoms of Covid-19, we ask you NOT to attend and let us know.
To comply with PHE and CSP guidelines we are all wearing PPE and we ask patients to wear a face mask. This will be similar if you visit your GP.
